BY AIR

Oman Air services have flights from Muscat to Khasab. These flights are short, quick and the tickets come at a reasonable price. 

BY CAR

You can also reach Musandam via car. Petrol price in Musandam is very cheap, so the car can also be used for travel through Musandam.

BY BOAT

The National Ferries Company operates ferries between the cities of Muscat and Khasab on the Khasab Peninsula.

If you are in Musandam with your car and plan to drive around then, be sure you have all of the essential documentation, such as your driver's licence and insurance. If your car insurance does not include Oman coverage, you will need to purchase it at the border.

Musandam is not ideal in summers as the weather remains hot and humid there. The best time to visit Musandam is between October to March, i.e winter time in Musandam.
